Monthly management Fee
10% of gross monthly rent
Managed tenancy set-up Fee - Unfurnished
£200.00
Managed tenancy set-up Fee - Furnished

Find Tenant Only Fee
75% of first month’s rent (subject to a minimum fee of £300)
Find Tenant Only Inventory Fee
£100.00 for a 2-bedroom property and a further £50 for each additional bedroom thereafter. 
Find Tenant Only deposit registration Fee
£35.00

 

Holding Deposit – 1 weeks rent

Security Deposit – 5 weeks rent

Variation of tenancy - £50.00

Early termination of tenancy – Loss of rent until new tenant is found

 

Court Attendance fee
£50.00 per hour
